Councillor Gbola Adeleke is proud to serve as Borough Councillor for Bovingdon, Chipperfield and Flaunden, representing residents across these vibrant and distinctive village communities on Dacorum Borough Council.
Gbola understands what makes each village special, from the strong community spirit in Bovingdon, to the much-loved Common and village life in Chipperfield, and the rural charm and heritage of Flaunden. He is passionate about protecting these qualities while ensuring residents’ needs are met both now and in the future.
Taking a proactive and community-focused approach, Gbola works closely with parish councils, local groups, and residents to address issues that matter most—whether that’s supporting local events on Bovingdon Green, helping to preserve and care for Chipperfield Common, or ensuring Flaunden’s rural character is respected in planning decisions.
He is a strong advocate for sensitive development, recognising the importance of maintaining the identity of each village while supporting sustainable growth. Gbola also works to improve local infrastructure, protect green spaces, and ensure that essential services continue to meet the needs of residents across all three communities.
